We do offer our facilities for community events. We also host regular meetings for outside organizations and groups sponsored by NBBC.
All building usage requests must be submitted to our office and approved by the Trustees
before a date/time on our church calendar can be officially reserved.
New Britain Baptist Church special events, such as a funeral lunch, will take precedent over
the applicant’s use of our facilities. Notice will be given to the applicant as soon as possible.
Organizations sponsored by NBBC will not be charged for the use of our facilities; however,
the group must submit a request form for any meeting/event that does not follow their
regular meeting schedule.
Terms of the agreement are furthered explained on the building usage form.

- Print the form and complete it.
- Return it to our church office for approval.
- Approved forms will be returned with a confirmation of fee and date/time by a Trustee.
